About Francis Gaffney:
Francis has worked as an analyst in the risk management and international cyber security sectors for over 20 years with particular interests in strategic policy and threat intelligence. His academic background includes a PhD in Defense & Security and Master\’s degrees in Information Technology and International Law, and also contributed to two books.
At Mimecast, Francis is the Director of Threat Intelligence and is responsible for the generation of policy & doctrine, resource planning, and intelligence production. He leads two separate teams – the Intelligence Analysis Team and the Data Science & Overwatch Team.
