Job Description:
Addepar is currently seeking a Security Engineer Intern to join our Security Engineering Team! Addepar’s SecEng team works across the organization to defend their assets and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of their data.
A member of the SecEng team at Addepar has a broad range of responsibilities, spread across AppSec, CloudSec, offensive security, and vulnerability management. They are looking for an intern who is passionate about security, a self-starter, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is a true hacker at heart.
Responsibilities:
- Help to implement Addepar’s industry-leading technical standards, security tooling, and infrastructure to support key security programs.
- Perform or shadow a variety of internal assessments, consisting mostly of penetration tests of web applications and APIs, internal and external infrastructure, cloud configuration, and much more.
- Support the team with large-scale security projects, such as helping with Secure SDLC, vulnerability management lifecycle, and authentication flows.
